Loaded Mashed Potato 

This recipe is thrown together depending on your taste. Cook about 1/2 LB bacon till done to your liking, some like it crispier than others, crumble and set aside. Cook potatoes as you would normally for mashed potatoes. Drain and stir in butter, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, sour cream and crumbled bacon to taste.
