Sangerville Man Arrested in Connection to Armed Robbery in Bingham

A Sangerville man is charged in connection to Monday’s robbery at the EW Moore Pharmacy in Bingham.Police searched the home of 55-year-old James Stile and say they found a van similar to the one used as a get-away car in the reported robbery. Authorities also say they found more than 150 pot plants and drug paraphernalia inside Stiles’ house. He’s being held at the Somerset County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail on a robbery charge. We’re told more charges might be filed. In regards to the marijuana plants and drug related articles seized, the case will be reviewed by the Piscataquis County District Attorney’s Office.
