Third Rite Aid Armed Robbery Suspect Appears in Court

The man who police say eluded them after an armed robbery at a Millinocket pharmacy earlier this week appeared in a bangor courtroom Friday.28-year-old Timothy Ashlock of Bangor was arrested early Tuesday morning.Police say Ashlock was an accomplice in an armed robbery at the Rite Aid on Central Street Monday night.According to court records, Ashlock was a passenger in the getaway car. The affidavit says when police stopped the vehicle, Ashlock fled into the woods, sparking an overnight manhunt.In court Friday, the state addressed Ashlock’s lenghty criminal history that includes an OUI, and drug and domestic violence charges.Cash bail was set at two-thousand dollars.Two other suspects, 29-year-old Nicholas Skoby of Rockport and 25-year-old Christina Irish of Millinocket, made court appearances earlier this week.All three are being held at the Penobscot County Jail.
