Schooner Aground in Casco Bay 

(Associated Press)An 88-foot excursion schooner has run aground for the second time in two months off the Maine coast.Coast Guard Lt. Nick Barrow says the two-masted Wendameen with 49 passengers and three crew members ran aground a little after 4:30 Saturday afternoon.It happened north of Great Diamond Island, In Casco Bay.Barrow says one person was injured. A Coast Guard rescue boat responded, along with a Portland fire boat and other vessels.Barrow says the passengers were off-loaded onto the rescue boats.On June 4, the same vessel ran around at a fort near theentrance of Portland Harbor. The 23 passengers were returned toshore and the four crew members stayed with the boat.
