Free Admission to State Parks on Father’s Day

All Mainers will get a gift in honor of dad this Father’s Day from the Maine Department of Conservation – free admission to any state park or historic site.The deal’s good for any state resident from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.All vehicles with a Maine license place get in for free.Among the scheduled activities Sunday, a Summer Solstice Celebration at Roque Bluffs State Park and a huge bake oven demonstration at Fort Knox.
