Updated 3 years ago

A year after state lawmakers rejected a bill requiring warnings about cellular phone use, a Sanford lawmaker is back with a new version of the legislation.Democratic Representative Andrea Boland’s new bill faces a hearing today before the Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee.
