Weight Watchers: Chocolate Crispy Nests for Easter & Spring 

Easter will be here Sunday and with it comes Easter candy.  Jackie Conn from Weight Watchers says there is no need to run and hide from the Easter bunny.  An indulgence on a special day won’t ruin your health or your weight loss progress.  In fact, she says that a big mistake people make when losing weight is forgetting to live their life. The best way to lose weight and keep it off it to learn the skill of ‘flexible restraint.’  Jackie shares a recipe that is just right for a little indulgence at Easter without tipping the scales in the wrong direction!Easter Chocolate CrispiesA great one to make with the kids.Place 5 oz milk chocolate squares in a pan with 1 1/2oz polyunsaturated margarine and 1 tbsp light molasses. Warm gently and stir until melted. Stir in 1 3/4oz puffed rice cereal. Spoon into 12 paper cases, shaping into nests. Leave to set for 1 hour then fill each with 3 Cadbury’s mini eggs.
