Maine Softball Splits Double-Header with Stony Brook

The Maine softball team with their home opener today. The Black Bears taking on Stony Brook.Seawolves up 2-0 in the fifth inning. Lauren Maloney rips one into the right field corner. One run scores. Alyssa Hawley turns on the rockets. Comes in to score. 4-0 Seawolves after five innings.Maine not going away though. Bottom six, Brynne Davis with the fielders choice. Terren Hall of Bucksport scores. The Black Bears come up short in the first game losing 4-2, but they make up for it in game two with a 13-5 win over Stony Brook.
