It’s terrific,” said Stephen Bowen, Commissioner of the Maine Department of Education.Bowen will hold an evening forum at UTC Thursday night from 6 to 8.The next stop on his tour is the Hancock County Technical Center in Ellsworth on Monday, March 21st.
