Winslow Man Admits to Burglaries in Six Counties 

A man from Winslow previously convicted of burglary is going back to prison for the same crime.22-year-old Paul Biester pleaded guilty Thursday to 28 burglaries in six counties. He also admitted to trafficking prison contraband.Kennebec County District Attorney Evert Fowle says Biester was on probation for a dozen other burglaries when he was arrested, again. Fowle says Biester was also caught in jail with suboxone, which is used to treat opiate addictions. Biester’s sentencing was continued until April. Fowle says he plans to ask for 10 years behind bars.
