Brown and crumble meat for 3 or 4 minutes. Add chopped carrot and onion to the meat. Cook veggies with meat 5 minutes, stirring frequently. In a second small skillet over medium heat cook butter and flour together 2 minutes. Whisk in broth and Worcestershire sauceThicken gravy 1 minute. Add gravy to meat and vegetables. Stir in peas.Place in casserole dish. Top with mashed potatoes. If serving immediately-place under broiler for 6-8 minutes until potatoes are golden or-if prepared in advance–Bake at 400 for 20 minutes—yumLace Cookies Mix:2 ¼ cups oatmeal2 ¼ cups light brown sugar3 tablespoons flourDash saltStir in: 1 cup melted butter1 egg1 tspoon vanillaBlend wellDrop ½ tspoon on ungreased cookie sheet 2″ apartBake 350-7 minutes.
