Culinary Students Whip Up Tasty Desserts at Polar Dip Event 

While many were splashing around in the ocean, people on land were treated to some tasty creations made by Washington County Commnuity College’s culinary students.They competed in a dessert cook off as part of the Polar Dip.Among all those sweet treats orange chocolate cheesecake, creme brûlée and bread and butter pudding.Student Jacob Raymond whipped up a white chocolate mousse.”The feeling of everybody telling you how they feel about your cooking is an amazing feeling,” he said.The winner of the cook off will move onto the “3-A-Day of Dairy” competition at the Governor’s mansion this spring.
