Thirty minutes, that’s all the time it took for police to catch up with a Greenbush man accused of robbing a bank Thursday morning.It happened just before 11:30 a.m. at the People’s United Bank inside the Mobil on the Run in Milford.Sergeant William Sheehan with the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department says 27-year-old Albert Harnois is charged with robbery and theft.He says there were several people inside the store when the robbery happened. “The suspect took off on foot, headed up Route 2 northbound, got into a vehicle. We got a vehicle description from a witness and we were able to locate the vehicle on Route 2 in Milford,” says Sgt. William Sheehan with the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Department. Police used spike mats to stop the car on Route 2, where Harnois was arrested.He’s being held at the Penobscot County Jail and is expected to be in court Friday.
