Skowhegan Man Arrested 

A Skowhegan man was arrested Monday after police say he tried to get a loan at a branch of the same bank he was convicted of robbing in 2008.Authorities say 21-year-old Joshua Lieberman was trying to get the money to pay his restitution.Lieberman was convicted of armed robbery in December 2008 and sentenced to one year in prison for robbing the Madison branch of Franklin Somerset Federal Credit Union.Police say Lieberman was recognized from the robbery by a cashier while trying to get the loan.He was taken to the Somerset County Jail and is due in court Thursday.
