UMaine Presidential Prospect Visits the Campus 

One of the four finalists for the UMaine Presidential position stopped by the Orono campus on Tuesday.James Page is the only native Mainer who’s vying to succeed current UMaine President Robert Kennedy, who’s expected to step down in June.Page is currently CEO of James W. Sewall Company and is also an adjunct professor at UMaine.He says he believes his blend of business and academic careers makes him a good pick for the position.The other three candidates will be visiting the campus in the coming weeks.
