Husson Men’s Hoops Improves to 10-4 with Win Over Castleton

Today’s snow storm has canceled all high school activities, games, and meets. Many will be played tomorrow or next week. Even with all the snow, we did have some college games today. In basketball, Husson hosting conference rivals, Castleton.The Eagles looking to stay unbeaten in conference.Early on, Marc Zaharchuk, the 6’10″ center, lays it in. He had ten points tonight. Castleton state has to call a timeout down 11 in the opening minutes.Timeout or not, there was no stopping Husson. Daeshawn McMorrin drives baseline for two. Josh Jones had 21, Jay Uhrin had 20. Husson wins 77-63. The Eagles are now 10-4.
