Surveillance Photos Released in Bangor Bank Robbery

Bangor Police have confirmed that a bank robbery took place around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon at a Downtown Bangor bank.Police showed up to the Penobscot County Federal Credit Union just moments after they were called, but a lone suspect was able to get away on foot.Officers brought in a dog to try and track down the suspect, but the animal lost the scent trail.Officials have released two surveillance photos of the suspect.He is described as a white male in his mid to late 20’s.He is said to have a little bit of blonde stubble growing on his face.At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a white sweat shirt with billabong written on it, black sunglasses, black gloves, and blue jeans.
