Deputies Seize More Than 200 Marijuana Plants in Argyle 

Penobscot County Deputies seized more than two hundred marijuana plants from a mobile home in Argyle.The sheriff’s office received a tip about an indoor growhouse on Southgate Road Friday.Deputies arrived at the home Saturday and the homeowner approved a consent search.A total of 261 marijuana plants were found inside.Deputies summoned 39-year-old Blaine Tozier for growing and cultivating.Deputy Mike Knights says it’s not often they find growhouses during the winter months.”Most of the time when we deal with out marijuana it’s usually in September, October in the fall of the year when everybody’s getting ready to harvest. The indoor grows are something like today we usually get information from somebody else and develop it.”Tozier is expected to appear in court next month.
