Rockland Man Indicted for Murder 

A 35-year old Rockland man has been indicted by a Knox County Grand Jury on murder charges in connection with the killing of a Friendship woman in November.According to court documents, Arnold Diana told police he met 47-year old Katrina Windred at his Main Street apartment in Rockland.When they got into the apartment, he grabbed her and she fell to the floor.Court papers say Diana then took Windred to his bed and put her face down in a pillow.Diana says later that night, he wrapped Windred’s body in a blanket, dragged her to a truck and dumped her along the Thompson Meadow Road.During a court appearance in November, a judge ordered Diana to undergo a mental exam.
