Fuel Spill in Ellsworth 

A business in Ellsworth had to close for a short time Thursday after a fuel spill.The owner of Complete Tire Service, Peter Bedard, says about 200 gallons of fuel was dumped after a fuel tank ruptured.They had to close their business for a few hours and were able to get in touch with all their customers to reschedule.Bedard says they called the fire department as soon as they noticed the spill.”They arrived shortly after and was able to contain it so it didn’t go into the drain or outside.”Bedard says they were able to save about 180 gallons of fuel that can still be used.
