Maine Wreaths Laid on the Graves at Arlington National Cemetery 

About 24,000 Maine-made wreaths were placed on graves at Arlington National Cemetery over the weekend.This is the 19th year for the Wreaths Across America program.Worcester Wreath company provided 8,000 more wreaths than last year for the gravestones of those who lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan. Members and friends of the Maine Funeral Directors Association helped lay down the wreaths on Saturday.More than 200,000 wreaths are being donated to 500 veterans cemeteries across the country and 24 overseas locations.
