Calais LNG Asking for More Time 

A group looking to build a liquefied natural gas terminal in Calais is seeking more time.It’s up to the Board of Environmental Protection to decide whether or not to grant an extension to Calais LNG.It’s the fifth time the company has asked for an extension on the billion dollar project.In the fall an extension was granted after a major investor backed out.Now calais LNG would like until mid-January to turn in its application.BEP is expected to make a decision at its meeting next week.
