Folks who want to help out can come in and grab an ornament off the tree in their lobby.Pick up the item listed on the back of the oprnament and return that item to little river by december 22nd.Elves from Little River will then bring all the items they collect to animal shelter that could sorely use the help. “They’re always in need,” says Sarah Tomalty, a veterinarian at the Little River Veterinary Hospital. “I mean honestly they have Q-tips on their list, they’ve got paper for their printer on their list. There’s always an animal there that needs adopting and they don’t make money so they need to figure out a way to get it.”For more information on how you can help out the animal shelter you can call Little River at 338-2909.
