State Representative Switches Parties 

The Maine House of Representatives now has one more Republican on board.Representative Michael Willette of Presque Isle says he is switching parties.Willette says the Democrat agenda is too focused on the bidding of special interest groups, to the detriment of the people of Presque Isle and the State.The switch now increases the Republican majority to 78 seats in the House, the Democrats have 72. There is also one Independent.Willette was elected to his second term last week.
