Harlow Street Fire Ruled Arson 

Investigators say a fire at a senior housing complex being built in Bangor, was arson.The blaze caused around 400-thousand dollars worth of damage.Joe Thomas with the fire marshal’s office says it was a human element.Construction workers arrived at work Thursday morning to find the damage to the building on Harlow Street.A worker tells TV-5 it appears someone broke a window sometime Wednesday night to get in. They then set fire to some carpeting on the second floor.Three floors were damaged, with the second floor getting the brunt of it.Thomas says no arrests have been made.
