Grand Jury Indicts Man for Bangor Standoff in July 

The Penobscot County grand jury has indicted a man from Bangor accused of threatening to shoot people during a standoff with police. 44-year-old Donald Michaud was indicted on two counts of terrorizing.Police say in July, several people reported shots being fired from a home on Center Street.Officers called Michaud, who was inside, and say he started threatening to shoot people, including police.Police say Michaud was tear-gassed out of the house about four-and-a-half hours later.
