Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Stir in flour and corn starch. Add melted butter and blend in sour cream. Add beaten eggs. Pour mixture over Graham Cracker Crust. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for one hour. Turn oven off, pull oven door partially open and leave in for 2 hours.Bananas Foster:1/2 stick of butter6 tbsp brown sugar4 bananas1 tbsp light rum1 tbsp Banana Liqueur1 sprinkle cinnamonMix butter and brown sugar in skillet. Cook over medium heat until sugar is melted. Slice bananas and add to the butter mixture, cook until tender. Add the banana liqueur and stir. Sprinkle run and ignite stir gently a few times, spoon over cheesecake.
