Two Mainers Leading UMaine Women’s Soccer on the Field and Classroom

Juggling sports and classes is never easy for college athletes. For two members of the Maine Women’s Soccer team, they’re great on the field but especially in the classroom.Maine soccer’s Hannah Breton and Kelsey Wilson are both seniors, they’re both from Maine, and both are members of the America East Honor Roll.Hannah is a civil engineering major from Greenville, Kelsey is a biological engineering major from Gorham. With this year being their senior years, they are enjoying the season as much as they can but they know that very soon it’ll be time to focus entirely on their careers.Hannah Breton – Maine Women’s Soccer”A lot of time management, I did a lot in high school and that helped with learning how to do all the homework during this time. I gotta eat, I gotta go to practice, I gotta sleep enough, I gotta make sure I’m healthy.”Kelsey Wilson – Maine Women’s Soccer”There is definitely days when I’m a little bit more stressed than others but I just learn to deal with the punches. I learn to accept that one day is going to be more stressful, I’m going to get through it. There’s a lot worse things that could be going on.”
