Owner of Maine Methadone Clinic Fights State to Reopen 

(AP) The owner of a methadone clinic in Rockland that was shut down by the federal government due to health and safety concerns is fighting to reopen.Authorities say Angel Fuller-Mcmahan, owner of Turning Tide Methadone Clinic, planned to fraudulently order a methadone shipment for a client in exchange for cocaine. They also accuse her of buying cocaine for clients.She denies the allegations and will appeal the license suspension.A hearing is scheduled for October 28th.
