Lepage Speaks at Central Maine Medical Center 

The Republican Candidate for Governor was at a rally today designed to draw attention to the state’s unpaid bills to hospitals.Paul Lepage went before a crowd gathered at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston to talk about the 400-million dollars in unpaid reimbursements to hospitals for Mainecare.He says the burden’s getting worse to the tune of a couple million dollars a month.Democrats say a repayment plan is in place with the current state budget setting aside 132-million dollars in the next two years to pay to hospitals for unpaid Mainecare bills.Similar rallies were held at other hospitals in Maine today.
