Trial for Jason Twardus Continues

Testimony will continue tomorrow in the trial of a New Hampshire man charged with murdering his former fiance three years ago.29-year-old Jason Twardus is accused of strangling 30-year-old Kelly Gorham at her apartment in Alfred, then burying her body on his father’s property in New Hampshire. In today’s opening statements, the prosecution said there’s video of Twardus at a convenience store near the burial site and his fingerprints were found on pictures left in the grave. But the defense said Twardus was asleep when Gorham disappeared and can’t be responsible for her murder. Prosecutors say Twardus lived with Gorham for two years before she broke off their engagement about two months before her death.
