Bangor Rejects Marijuana Ordinance 

The Bangor City Council shot down a medical marijuana ordinance Monday, in a unanimous vote at the City Council meeting.Councilor Cary Weston says the main issue was making sure pot could not be cultivated and distributed in the same building.The ordinance would have allowed for that.Councilors rejected the amendment, it will now go back to the planning board for revisions.The City Council expects to take up the matter again in two to four weeks.
