Beef Recall Due to Possible E.Coli Contamination 

About 8,500 pounds of ground beef that may be contaminated with E. Coli has been recalled by a Pennsylvania company.The U.S. Department of Agriculture says Cargill Meat Solutions is recalling 42-pound cases that were shipped to distribution centers in Connecticut and Maryland and repackaged for consumers.They were then sold under different brands that have not yet been named.They have a use or freeze-by date of July 1st, 2010.Two E.Coli related illnesses have been reported in Maine, federal inspectors have tied those illnesses to the recalled beef.
