Chasse Testimony Ends 

Maine State Prison inmate Michael Chasse continued his testimony Thursday in his trial in Rockland.He’s accused of kidnapping and assault at the prison and is representing himself.Prosecutors say Chasse held a prison worker and an inmate hostage for seven hours in june of 2008.Thursday, Chasse said he told the prison worker she got herself into the situation and had she stayed seated like he asked, he never would have done anything to her.He said he told her he had planned a killing spree and he was filled with anger that had been building for years.Thursday afternoon, the judge put a time limit on Chasse’s testimony, forcing him to wrap up.Closing arguments will be heard Friday morning.
