Dual Voter Sentenced 

A Newburgh man accused of voting in two municipalities was sentenced Friday in Bangor.The State Attorney General’s Office dropped the charge of dual voting in exchange for 65 year old Delmer Terrill’s guilty plea of making a false statement or oath.Assistant Attorney General Leanne Robbin says in November Terrill voted in Dixmont, then registered in Newburgh, and voted there too.He will will serve 7 days of community service.
