Methadone Clinic Counselor Charged in Attempt to Buy Cocaine 

A counselor at a methadone clinic in Rockland has been officially charged with attempting to buy cocaine.The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency says 49-year-old Carol Gardiner was issued a summons on July 16th for attempted possession of cocaine, which is a felony. Gardiner was a counselor at turning tide clinic when she was arrested. Just three days before her arrest, the owner and operator of the clinic, Angel Fuller-Mcmahan was arrested, but bonded out of jail.Her case is still pending.
