Council Interviews Three Finalists for Bangor City Manager 

Members of the Bangor city council are spending the day narrowing down their choice for a new city manager. Three people are up for the job. They’re all visiting with the council today and into the evening.The position was left open when long-time city manager Ed Barrett left and took a similar job in Lewiston, back in January.Since then the council’s sorted through dozens of applications and narrowed them down to three finalists.Council Chair Richard Stone has declined to name any of the candidates.Interim city manager, Bob Farrar, did not apply for the job.
