UPDATE: Accident Blocks I-95 in Augusta 

There was a bad accident in Augusta Friday afternoon that had both lanes of I-95 blocked.According to Rick Moody of the Maine State Police, two vehicles were traveling in the northbound lane when a vehicle driven by Keisha Williams,16, moved into the left lane to pass a vehicle driven by Ronney Perrault, 68.Investigators are not sure which vehicle crossed the center line, but the vehicles side swiped each other, causing the vehicle driven by Williams to roll over and land in the southbound lane.A third vehicle, driven by Eric Loman, 28, swerved to avoid Williams’ vehicle, causing it to roll over and land in a ditch.After the initial collision, the vehicle driven by Perrault hit a guard rail and side swiped a fourth vehicle.Keisha Williams and her mother Kathy were taken to Maine General Hospital in Augusta to be treated for minor injuries. Eric loman had to be extricated from his vehicle and was also taken to Maine General Hospital for minor injuries.The accident is still under investigation.
