Raye’s Mustard to be Featured on Cooking Channel 

A Maine condiment will be featured on the Cooking Channel.Raye’s Mustard and the turn-of-the-last-century stone mill where it’s produced in Eastport, are being featured on Monday night’s episode of FoodCrafters.The show will focus on Raye’s Mustard Mill.It will show the preparation of the grainy yellow mustard known as Raye’s Sweet and Spicy.Kevin and Karen Raye are the fourth generation of Rayes to own and operate the mill, originally built to supply Maine’s once thriving sardine industry.
