A man from Brewer is out of jail after Bangor police say they discovered he was driving a vehicle stolen from a car dealership.18-year old Devin Tracy is charged with burglary and theft, among other counts. Police say he was driving with the lights off in a neighborhood on Third Street early Tuesday morning. The vehicle had no license plate, either. When they stopped him, police say Tracy didn’t have a license and appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.Police say the vehicle was stolen from a car dealership on Hammond Street.Tracy made his first court appearance Wednesday. He was released from jail with the promise to pay $3,000 if he doesn’t show up for his next hearing in September.
