A man from Brewer is facing several charges after Bangor Police made a traffic stop and discovered the vehicle was stolen.Police say the driver of the vehicle, 18-year old Devin Tracy, was driving the vehicle with no lights on in the 3rd Street neighborhood early Tuesday morning. When the officer stopped the vehicle, it was also noticed there was no license plate. When the driver could not produce a license and appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, police say they performed a field sobriety test and placed Tracy under arrest. Police say the vehicle was stolen from Bumper 2 Bumper car dealership on Hammond Street in Bangor.Tracy is charged with burglary, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft, operating without a license, and operating an unregistered vehicle. Tracy is being held at Penobscot County Jail on $2500 bail.
