Stansberry Indicted by Federal Grand Jury 

A 27-year-old Florida man charged with causing a trans-Atlantic flight to be diverted to Bangor in April has been indicted on two charges by a federal grand jury.Derek Stansberry, of Riverview, Florida is scheduled to be arraigned July 28th in U.S. District Court in Bangor.He was indicted on charges of interference with flight crew members and attendants and giving false information and making threats.Prosecutors say Stansberry passed a note to a flight attendant that said he had a fake passport and told federal air marshals he had dynamite aboard a flight from Paris to Atlanta.His attorney says his actions were out of character.He is free on $20,000 bail.
