A World War I soldier, whose only living relative is from Maine, has been laid to rest with full military honors. Army Private Thomas Costello of New York died of shrapnel wounds and was buried in a wooded area in Northern France in 1918. He was recently identified using dental records. Military officials tracked down Michael Frisbie of Stockton Springs, who’s Costello’s only surviving relative. Frisbie attended today’s service at Arlington National Cemetery.
