Living History Weekend 

History came alive at Leonard’s Mills in Bradley this weekend.As part of Living History Weekend, kids and adults got transported back to the late 1790’s.Every July Leonard’s Mills holds the Living History Weekend.It’s full of various displays and demonstrations.Organizers say it’s a great place to learn about the rich history of our area.The mill is also adding new features.”We’re setting up a mill complex down by the ticket booth off in the woods in another area. We have a sawmill, a rotary sawmill, a shingle mill and a clapboard mill,” said Bill Lynch, Vice President of Leonard’s Mills.Leonard’s Mills also sells lemonaid, beans, and cookies.Cooking demonstrations are also a part of the events.Leonard’s Mills will be hosting an American Pow Wow in August, for more information, log on to
