Bellavance Charged with Arson 

The man accused of burning down a coffee shop in Vassalboro has been formally charged with two counts of arson.Authorities say Raymond Bellavance Jr., 49, destroyed property and endangered lives when he set fire to the Grandview Topless coffee shop.Owner Donald Crabtree and six others, including two infants, were sleeping in a room connected to the business.All escaped without injury. Authorities say Bellavance had a girlfriend who worked at the shop and was angry over her relationship with the owner.
