Bob Reasso joins Husson after 29 seasons as the Rutger’s Men’s Soccer coach. He is just one of several changes at Husson and the Eagle roster will look very different when the fall semester begins in a few months. Prescott Rossi has more.Robert Clark – New Husson President”It is my pleasure to share this appointment with you… Bob?”And with that introduction from new Husson president Robert Clark, a new era begins for Husson Athletics.Bob Reasso – New Husson Athletic Director”We have outstanding student athletes, we have dynamic coaches and I think the job of an AD is really to provide them with the tools they need to be successful both in the classroom and on the field.”Along with new Assistant AD Sean Murphy, Reasso inherits an athletic department at Husson that had every team last year finish with a winning record. He hopes to use his coaching background to build relationships with the current coaches and to keep Husson athletics successful both on and off the field.”I will know exactly what they are going through and every decision I make will be based on the fact of what it takes to help the student athlete to be successful and what it takes to help the coaches be successful.”It seems like the relationship has gotten off on the right foot.”Everyone I’ve met here, not only in the city, but also in our own community here at Husson has just been warm, gracious, enlightened and I’m very, very excited to work with them, so thank you very much.”Reasso and his family have already moved and settled down in Bangor.
