A man from Union accused of threatening to kill his girlfriend, then frame their teenage son for the crime, remains in jail.37-year-old Stanley Holloway is charged with criminal threatening, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, and violating conditions of release. Police arrested him last Friday after an argument with his girlfriend the night before. Court paperwork shows the woman secretly recorded a conversation with Holloway. Authorities say in the recording Holloway told the woman he could kill her and make her look like their son did it. Holloway denied the allegations.Holloway was transferred from the Knox County Jail to the jail in Wiscasset.His bail is set at $5,000. But the District Attorney’s office says because he’s charged with release violations, he’s not allowed to post bail. Holloway is due in court the end of August.
