Beautiful Day for Special Olympics Maine 

A beautiful day at UMaine for the Special Olympics. Earlier today, we had the finals in the 400 and 800 meter runs.The 42nd Maine Special Olympics underway.400 meters in the age 16 to 21 group. Dylan Geyer from Boothbay crosses the line first with a time of 1:38. He was followed by Josiah Rhodes and Danny Miller.In the over thirty age group, Robert Knox of Eagles Outreach with a blazing 1:12. Coming in second was Charlie Roehrig and third was Bill Bennett. They’ll be racing at UMaine Tomorrow and Sunday.
