Walker was recuperating at a nursing home at the time of the fire. The fire destroyed Walker’s house on Country Club Road in Norway. It was never rebuilt.Conrad, who works as a maintenance man, was arrested Friday evening at the home of his parents in Oxford. He was taken to the Oxford County Jail in South Paris. Police say Conrad is likely to make his first court appearance Monday.Investigators began the day Friday with another arson fire that was set on an outside deck of a single family home on Jenny Lane in Oxford. As that fire was being investigated, new information arose on Walker’s fire three years earlier and search warrants were served during the day at two locations.
