Maine D.E.P. Oil Expert Headed to Gulf Coast 

An oil spill modeling expert from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection is headed for Louisiana to help in the efforts there to clean up the oil that spilled from the sunken BP Deepwater rig.Ginger McMullin will be working with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, helping to track and contain the oil in the Gulf of Mexico.U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder says federal authorities have opened criminal and civil investigations into the rig explosion and oil spill.
